Hotel was spotlessly clean and rooms were really comfortable. All of the staff are so friendly and couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect. I would definitely go back. They stored our luggage all day on our day of departure and have the best coffee around.

Close to the train station, gondola to murren and bus stop. The views from the property are also breathtaking. The restaurant which opens up post 6pm has the best pizza in town. Their breakfast also had a great spread. However, the best part of the property were the staff. They were kind friendly and helpful. My wife fell briefly sick and had to go to the doctor at night. We didn't have a car , one of the team personally drove us. We were so grateful to the property and the team. We will visit again not just for the spectacular property and its location but more so for the wonderful people who work there from the front desk to the kitchen chefs to the room cleaning person. They were all great.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room is very modern and clean. You sleep peacefully without any noise. The hotel is in the center of interlaken near everything and very close to the interlaken west station. I would definitely recommend it.

The view of the this hotel is magnificent, on the one side you have the mini houses view, on the other side you get the lake view. Both are magnificent . The room is also spacious and warm. Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a memorable stay and will return for sure. It is quintessential rural Switzerland at its finest-- with the gentle sound of cowbells ringing through the valley. Note that if you have roller bag, you really need to use their transport service, and the road getting up is quite steep -- but it is totally worth it. Oliver and Sarah made our stay extra special. We enjoyed the beautiful views out our window, the snacks and juices in the room and the fantastic breakfast. We also were wowed by Oliver's cooking and thoroughly enjoyed dinner at the Hotel on both nights of our stay. With so many hiking trails right outside the door, we would have loved to stay for weeks!

We booked superior room with pretty view, and the room is comfortable to stay. Appreciate the excellent coffee and scrambled egg provided at breakfast, and nice staff. It’s more close to Interlaken west station, Unterseen but it’s ok to us as it’s more value for price. Can use microwave and fridge at their public lounge area.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation was perfect — clean, cozy, and with stunning views — but what truly made our experience unforgettable was our amazing host Feronica. From the moment we arrived, she were incredibly warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. What stood out the most was how thoughtful and knowledgeable she was, constantly offering the best suggestions — whether it was hidden gems to explore, local restaurants to try, or tips for making the most of our time in the area. Thanks to her advice, we discovered places we never would have found on our own. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely kind and helpful.     From the main road to the hotel, it's almost 4 km of a single ghat section kind of road with almost a 3 km tunnel. Driving at night and during snow conditions may be very dangerous. However, the road and locale are very scenic. You must have your car to reach and travel from the property. Interlaken is 20 20-minute drive from the property.

    Isenfluh is at the top of the mountain, pretty calm, relaxing away from tourists mostly locals. The only thing we didn’t like is there’s only 1 bus that goes up there and they are not always available for exp everyday the last bus that goes up leaves from Lauterbrunnen at 5.35 PM and if you miss the bus you have no other way to go to Isenfluh unless you go all the way back to Interlaken and get a taxi which is expensive so we had to go to the hotel everyday at that time while is there was more option for public transportation we could’ve explored more…

    Isenfluh is a tiny farming hamlet - so if you're after pubs, restaurants and nightlife you'd be disappointed. However, it is lovely for what it is. They have a cable car up to the next hamlet, Sulwald which will take up to 8 people or 1 cow!
