Great team with a very good service.. Bistro in the hotel is amazing. Location couldn't be better. From reception to service team everyone was so helpful and friendly. Even I've stayed in a single room, it was big enough. In total, this hotel is highly recommended!

Excellent hotel, gorgeous views, food was amazing. Rooms were lovely, we were woken by the beautiful sunrise over the lake Zurich, which was amazing. Train station is across the road, however trains run so quietly that there was no noise at all. Train to city centre is 11min, airport less than 30 min, it made the travel effortless and very pleasant.

The hotel location is super nice. It's a modern hotel, with an incredible decoration. Chose of colors and patterns were a plus. The room is super nice and clean, even the nice towels had a very good smell. I really recommend it. Incredible breakfast. The whole staff were well-trained, gentle and super polite.

A truly delightful experience in a magical location, the hotel has been painstakingly restored in exquisite detail and is an absolute triumph. The owner couldn’t be more helpful, nothing was too much trouble and his Italian heritage reflected in his very personable service. Staff are excellent. Top notch customer service. Location across from train station meant we were in Zurich within 15 mins. View of the lake is beautiful and a nice way to wake up. Breakfast is excellent and overall a high quality experience. Would absolutely stay again. Quick walk to shops, drugstores, and groceries.

We had a very nice weekend in Hotel Ochsen, located in a very nice area for walking and cycling, near Zug and Zurich. Owners and staff are very nice and helpful, good breakfast, room, bathroom. Dinner served is delicious…..
