A lovely surprise indeed. The castle and the restaurant was a pleasant surprise but we couldn't enjoy as we were staying for the night. We will hopefully have the chance to stay overnight and enjoy the restaurant and the wine testing.

An intriguing building based on an old farm conversion. Very friendly front desk staff and comfortable room. The offstreet covered parking with direct hotel access was very welcome given the miserable weather. The restaurant was very good and unsurprisingly so was the breakfast

The staff was very friendly and kind. The hotel is situated in a very calm area so sleep was excellent. The hotel itself is very clean and cozy. It was a very nice experience and I would definitely stay there again.

    Frauenfeld is a charming little city.

    Frauenfeld is a charming little city. I loved how clean, safe and beautiful it was. My room had a view of a nearby castle. People were sitting at nearby outdoor cafes at night and enjoying a leisurely meal. My walk at night around Frauenfeld was a true joy!

    the hotel is centrally located, bus stop across the street. The room is comfortable with wardrobe, safe, TV, desk, toiletries, mine had a balcony (2nd floor, no elevator). WiFi is working fine. The warm welcome at check in with also a complimentary drink makes it a plus. Breakfast buffet with good salty and sweets options. I had dinner at the restaurant, which servers hot stone meat as well as local specialties and vegetarian options. It is worth to try! Well done

    Nothing to like at this hotel, except the location .. The gentleman who met us upon check in was welcoming, but became very unwelcoming when we addressed our concerns. He would not listen to us at all .. We only stayed 30 minutes at the Hotel and had to leave.

    Possibility to get the key after opening hours using key-box. Clean and silent room with very comfortable bed. Hotel located in centre of Frauenfeld, near train station, restautants and shops. WiFi fast and stable.
