Our stay was perfect and Cedric was an excellent host, very friendly and informative and always helpful. We woke up to snowfall on our last morning and despite heading off early for an appointment Cedric was brushing the snow from our car!

across the road from railway station, so convenient & not noisy at all. lovely lake views from our room & big room. the transport card was brilliant & the funicular railways which were included in the card were such a great way to get around & buses also great.

Comfortable bed(s). Large shower room with hand/hair/body wash. Balcony with lake view (did pay extra for balcony room) was great to sit out on. Friendly and courteous staff - reception and cleaners and at breakfast. My birthday was during the stay - lovely touch of food and drink in the room when came back that evening! Very good location for the lake, museums, park and places to eat and drink.

I have just had the most amazing stay and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The location is picturesque, the rooms are spacious, the bed superb, and the bathrooms luxurious. But what really sets this hotel apart are the staff - they go above and beyond to make your stay a delight! One night they called all over town to get me into a busy restaurant because I had (shortsightedly) not made a reservation anywhere. Another day, I was unsuccessful in my hunt for French onion soup, and they asked the chef to prepare it, especially for me! I’d particularly like to thank Sarah, Nelson, Sébastien, and Imrân for making my weekend so relaxing. I have already booked my next stay and cannot wait to return!

Situated in the middle of nature but very well accessible by car, boat or bike. A perfect getaway! Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, silent during the night. Bird life center right next to it. Dinner was excepionally good as well, would defenitely recommend it!
