Continental breakfast was very good with many options Staff Very welcoming especially Sophi and Susanne. Bedroom was beautifully decorated….the bed was extremely comfortable with quality bedding. The en-suite was fabulous. The whole room was spotlessly clean… The hotel is within ten minutes walk of the beautiful lake Lucerne….. Bus route and local supermarket are two minutes away.. Loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel

Lovely Swiss hotel with Old World Charm. Loved the bathtub with a beautiful view. Delicious meals as well and enjoyed watching Eurocopa with the Swiss. Pool nice and warm as well. Also enjoyed the sax and guitar music at the birthday celebration.

The natural beauty of the spectacular property the hotels are situated on is simply amazing. The hotels provide superb service, from booking to the wonderful, friendly & knowledgeable staff on arrival to the property. My dining experience did not disappoint. I enjoyed the delectable freshness of each meal & the delightful presentation. My room was spacious, clean & quite modern with an amazing alpine view. The fresh orchids in the room added a very nice welcome touch to the ambience which is set for guests relaxation & rejuvenation.

    Best view of lake and walking areas to parks with a good childrens park nearby. Nice to see old swiss building and customs Public transport good with bus to Stans and from there train to Lucern and Ettenbergen mountain area. Also nice cafes at nearby Beckenreid on lake . Close to tracks for mountain walking .

    Hotel room a little spartan but had the bonus of a bath. Excellent value for a stopover night. Bed very comfortable. As a quite old hotel soundproofing left a bit to be desired. Breakfast OK for price.

    Decent stay for staying 1 night on your trip towards Italy (to be early at the Gotthard tunnel). Ask to prepare a lunch box if you leave early (lots of ham 😄). Great lake next to the hotel.
