Hotel staff were formidable. They even kept our luggage at the hotel the day we checked out so that we could spend the day visiting the area. We ate at their restaurant too and we really loved it. Schaffhausen is beautiful and an ideal location to visit the Rhine Falls and the beautiful Stein am Rhein. Hotel is located near the train station and it's easily accessible from Zurich airport. Deluxe room was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Highly recommended.

The staff were welcoming, helpful and caring. The breakfasts and dinner and wine were excellent. The ambience of the hotel is wonderful and inviting. The location is a quick walk or bus or taxi ride from the train station.
