Views of the water & historical landmarks were the best. Tourist Visitors Center was awesome. We used it several times. So many tourists fighting for sidewalk space & outdoor seating for meals got to be a challenge. We did whale watching tour & Plains of Abraham tour. The last remaining walled city in North America, with its narrow cobblestone streets, centuries old buildings, French restaurants and cafés, Old Quebec feels like a different world and a different century.
