BahamasMy stay here was delightful. I rented one of their one bedroom, one bath units on the beach.
It is fully equipped with a Keurig, a blender, cutlery, glassware, plates and more. The refrigerator had Sands Beer and bottles of water + a jug of purified water for the coffee. There is a screen TV, a moder bathroom, with a state-of-the art shower system you would find in a luxury hotel. The bed was comfortable, but the best part was how quiet and serine it was. No hotel noises and their A/C unit is as quiet as a whisper when it's on.
The complex sits right on the water. You can watch a sunrise or sit on the deck and watch the sunset. Better yet, hop in a hammock and look up into the night sky and see hundreds of stars.
While the property is still going through renovations and expansion, my stay was peaceful, and quiet.
The rates are competitive, and of great value. Given how spacious each studio is, how close you are to the water/beach, and how clean, and well-appointed the rooms are - Great Cistern Beach Village was a great find!
