Incredible stay – I would actually go back to SP just to stay here again! :D The room has everything you need, and the breakfast is fantastic (it's a brand-new service there and I was stunned at the variety and quality). Bonus: the entire place is automated in terms of entry to the building and rooms as well as the convenience store in the lobby. Extremely secure, safe, and futuristic. Super recomendo!! Atendimento amigável, quarto super limpo, cafe de manhã incrível.

Very good hotel. Good staff. Breakfast is good in terms of quality, but the restaurant service leaves a bit to be desired. It seems like there aren’t enough waiters, and the restaurant is always crowded with non-guests, which makes the service slow.

Everything was GREAT! The room is lovely and super comfortable, the shower is amazing, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Specially the scrambled eggs! Also the staff was super nice, and the snacks at the reception were a total blessing. Will definitely stay there again if we go back to Sao Paulo.

The rooms were large, and the shower was fully enclosed, so no water was leaking out. The washroom also had a bidet situation which was nice. The staff was lovely. They were super helpful with restaurant recommendations, how to get around, and how to stay safe. They have good security at night. Great location, there was a small pharmacy and quite a few spots to eat nearby. Its also nearby the japanese area. The pool was also nice, overall an amazing stay, and would absolutely come again.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful (from the housekeeping, front desk, concierge, waiters etc). You deserve your 5 stars for this level of Service. The room was super comfortable (I have taken a pic of the pillow to get the brand), with a nice view. The breakfast was excellent with a large choice of fresh products. All this 2 minutes away from Paulista Avenue

    A cidade de São Paulo brinda seus visitantes com uma vasta gama de atividades culturais, capazes de atender aos mais diversos interesses, além de ostentar uma cena gastronômica rica e multifacetada. Mesmo com minha restrição alimentar ao glúten, pude desfrutar de experiências culinárias seguras e saborosas em estabelecimentos como o restaurante Pandan, localizado em Pinheiros, e a Rice Risoteria. Tive ainda a grata oportunidade de visitar o Restaurante Taraz que, embora não seja uma casa exclusivamente voltada ao público celíaco, demonstrou sensível atenção à inclusão, oferecendo-nos diversas opções isentas de glúten. À parte o trânsito, que por vezes torna os deslocamentos exaustivos, confesso nutrir um apreço profundo por tudo o que São Paulo tem a oferecer. "The city of São Paulo offers its visitors a wide array of cultural activities, capable of catering to the most diverse interests, while also boasting a rich and multifaceted gastronomic scene. Despite my gluten intolerance, I was able to enjoy safe and flavorful culinary experiences at establishments such as Pandan Restaurant, located in Pinheiros, and Rice Risoteria. I also had the pleasant opportunity to dine at Taraz Restaurant which, although not exclusively dedicated to gluten-free cuisine, showed a commendable commitment to inclusion by offering us several gluten-free options. Aside from the traffic—which at times makes getting around rather exhausting—I must confess a deep appreciation for everything São Paulo has to offer.

    São Paulo is very lively with lots of nightlife, museums, parks, malls etc. The metro is modern and easy to use, and safe. The cost per ride is about $0.90USD. That is both for the metro and commuter rail lines. Beco do Batman is also a must see. Do not stay downtown. Although there are many sights there to see during the day, it is a bit seedy at night.

    Sao Paulo is magic, plain and simple.

    Sao Paulo is magic, plain and simple. It is a fast city for jetsetters, artists, rockers, and travelers looking for adventure. It really is a Gotham City that is amazing. There is something there for everyone, but especially for the intrepid adventurer. The parks are a must, the nightlife is phenomenal, and it is beautifully gritty. Sao Paulo, despite its size and grit, did not make us feel unsafe. The Brazilians are some of the nicest people I've ever encountered. They are kind, generous, and want to share their city and culture. You can't miss the parks, especially CienTec, which is ran by the warmest curators, ever. Pinheiros is one of the best neighborhoods, especially for the artsy type. Try the baiao and the picanha. It can be difficult to get around with public transport, as you need cash and small bills. But, uber is an option, and it is cheaper than most cities. Sao Paulo won't kill your budget, either. The city is completely underrated, and deserves more credit. I hope to return someday.

    Sao Paulo is a unique experience.

    Sao Paulo is a unique experience. It is a challenging city, simply because it is so huge. But it is infinitely interesting, brimming with energy and a wide variety of things to do. As with the rest of Brazil, the people make the experience a real joy.

    Huge City, plenty of things to do.

    Huge City, plenty of things to do. Traffic is a bit horrible, but Uber works perfectly around the distances. Some areas are good, but the city center around the Cathedral and old city was a bit dangerouis.

    The stay at this hotel in São Paulo was overall very pleasant. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, abundant, and with a nice variety to start the day right. The location is also a big plus: it’s very close to many of the city’s main attractions, making it easy to explore without long commutes. There are also plenty of great restaurants nearby, offering delicious food at very reasonable prices.

    In addition to the fact that we had a bank card stolen from a wallet we left in our room in our last night at this hotel, and wasted our last morning in São Paulo registering the crime with the local police, our four nights stay was full of small disappointments. This hotel definitely needs some updating and management changes. No one at the reception, or restaurant, could speak any English or was prepared to deal with the occurrence of a crime. Definitely not worth.
