The staff according to communication from reception and general services as cleaning are exceptional evaluating its own employees with exception of lack of internal telephone from the rooms to reception or kitchen - the only one channel is by WhatsApp (perhaps it is not a common custom in a majority hotels). Cleaness, quality of hot water (and sustainable from solar energy!), lunch and dinner give the best quality in a tiny city from heart's Bahia.
