She is a very warm person who puts her heart in Villa Kakelbont. She welcomed us with a personal touch in the room and homemade cake. She showed us around the beautifull natural garden and was very helpfull with information about the region, hiking tips, ... I had booked the hotel the same day, so they hadn't oticed the booking. The place was closed when we got there. Luckily someone answered the phone and let us in.
