In the middle of Gulshan 2, an upmarket area of Dhaka, and just a 15min drive from the airport. Staff, from reception to porters, restaurant and room service all professional and friendly. My room on the 8th floor had a good size and all I needed. Everything (WiFi, A/C, shower, lighting) functioned well. The bed was comfortable. Daily two new water bottles were brought. Especially good was also the breakfast at the hotel's Blueliscious restaurant. A nice choice of fresh fruit and various cooked items, especially from the Indian subcontinent, like Idli and Sambar from South India. Newspapers, also in English were available. For a change of dinner there is just in front of the hotel a Unimart with a large international food court.

Staff are exceptionally polite, efficient, and helpful. The room is always very clean and housekeeping cleaned the room in the morning and came around in the afternoon to see if I needed extra help or water. Location is good. Very accessible but away from the area with heavy traffic. Food in the hotel is good and there are bakery, Korean restaurant, seafood restaurant within walking distance too.

Very comfortable room, powerful AC, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, tasty breakfast, kind and helpful staff. Additional thanks to Sakib who organized early check-in and check-out, helped with our questions and requests, and even helped with booking the train tickets. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The workers are very polite and helpful. Breakfast is common, but the restaurant is very hygiene clean and food was tasty. We have been met at the airport and transferred after check out as well. Airport is about 10 mins by car. Near the hotel there are a few stores to buy some food and souvenirs. Thank you!

The staff was so kind and friendly! When we arrived we had a room upgrade and they proposed a late check out. The day we left, while we were waiting to go to the airport, they proposed to use the swimming pool and offered two drinks at the bar. They also helped us to change some money to pay our Uber! Everyone was so helpful, especially Imran.
