It’s new, very pretty and clean, nice bathroom with a big shower and really firm, comfortable beds, with kind and helpful staff, good food in the restaurant (trahana is a MUST), great value for money. Also incredibly close to the border with Croatia. If we slept in Bihać, we would have waited a loooot longer to cross the border.

We recently stayed at Apartmani Stari Grad near Ostrožac with my wife and our three children, and we had an excellent experience. The apartment is brand new, spotlessly clean, and everything was beautifully maintained. From the moment we walked in, it smelled fresh and inviting, which made a great first impression. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the stunning Ostrožac Castle and close to the Una River, which was ideal for swimming with the kids. It's peaceful, comfortable, and perfect for families looking to explore the natural beauty and history of the area. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they’ve put a lot of care into making this a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. We would absolutely recommend Apartmani Stari Grad to anyone visiting the Cazin or Una region — we’ll definitely be coming back!
