A very comfortable and beautiful hotel away from the city hustle and with mountain views and fresh air. The staff are exceptionally helpful and kind, from helping with taxi arrangements to providing recommendations on nearby activities. The breakfast and dinner options were quite good and adaptable to dietary needs (in our case vegetarian). Would love to go back!

One of the best hotels (for its price) that I have been to. Very good location, only 20 minutes walk from the international airport. Comfortable rooms. Special thanks to the hotel staff. This is the best customer service I have ever seen (we got lost late at night and could not find the hotel, the hotel employee quickly responded, found us and took us to the hotel in his car). Very good impressions. I recommend it to everyone, the best hotel in Sarajevo!

We booked 7 minutes before arriving. Our message was replied immediately. The young lady was waiting for us in front of the building. Spacious, clean appartment with all comfort. The beds are comfortable, the single beds are on the hard side (which we are happy with), the double bed is softer. The sofa is big and comfortable for sleeping. We were very satisfied.
