Great and friendly host - humans and animals alike! Ranko and family invited us to have some tea, juices and snacks on arrival and whenever we said hello at their house next door. So very kind. We had a lovely chat thanks to google translate! What a wonderful cabin this was, tucked away in a beautifully remote, peaceful and quiet village in the mountains. Cabins were clean and cosy and we made use of all available facilities - stormed the first night we stayed and staying in watching the rain, lightning and thunder. Lots of nice views around and opportunities to hike to see beautiful vistas. Overall really loved our stay here!

This place was amazing. If you are looking for a unique experience in Herzegowina, you should come here. The house is located in a beautiful countryside in a small calm village with many lakes and nice hikes around. The host has great humor and made us laugh a lot, we spent the evenings trying his homemade Rakije and sitting together. Also we were able to drive his tractor ! During our stay we met other people from the family and everyone was very helpful and interesting. Thank you for the great time, we will definitely come back!

Nice summertime house right by the lake. Totally calm place (no one around literally, and Gacko is about 8 km far, so if you're coming by bicycle you'd better buy all necessary stuff (food / drinks) beforehand). The host is very pleasant; there also were welcoming drinks and bottled water onboard.

Well placed with good restaurant and shops nearby. Very nice room, everything that two cyclists needed on a trip through this area. Truly the nicest family we have seen and talked to on this trip. We are english and their son spoke very good english which meant we could communicate well. They took us to a very nice restaurant nearby where we got a local delicacy, which was exactly what we wanted. I cannot stress enough how nice the people here are, and in the whole town of gacko. Nearby there is also a really good bakery, with amazing stuff for breakfast/lunch. Note: here is how to find the property, near the marker there supermarket, follow the road behind it and you will see two houses, it is the one on the left.
