We have stayed here before so we knew to expect a comfortable stay, this time was no exception. I have a newly broken foot and they found us a room that accommodated my disability. Close to the lift, with the bathroom in easy reach of my crutches. I would happily recommend this hotel

A very nice spacious apartment, well equipped, clean and new. Great view from the balcony! Warm welcome by the host Hans. As we stayed two nights Hans provided us with guest cards, that allowed free bus to Insbruck, which was very convenient with the bus stop right in front of the apartment. We recommend the bakery next to the apartment, great verity of products, good coffee.

We stayed only one night but it was an amazing experience. Everyone extremely nice and friendly. Delicious breakfast with so many options. Plus the perfect natural flowers on every table 🙏. Good location, only a short walk to the center. Parking directly outside. We were also offered to park the motorbike in the garage at no extra cost. Comfortable firm bed. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast with a good selection. There was a lift and also a luggage cart.

Recently stayed for three nights and cannot fault a single thing. Staff are a credit to the hotel, reception and bar / restaurant staff specifically and with hindsight I am sorry I did not get names to mention here. Room was very comfortable, good options for breakfast. We ate in the restaurant one night of our stay and like other reviews, the food was amazing. Our room and all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean.

    We were on a motorcycle tour of Sud Tyrol and we used this hotel as a base....great and safe parking and very helpful staff. Happy to help and no issues at all. No noise...safe..secure and probably the best toilet rolls on our whole tour of France, Austria and italy!

    Our stay was during the Christmas time, and hotel staff was so friendly that in the room there were even cookies and a gift from the hotel
