Perfect location, both for a stopover on the way to Croatia or Italy and a nice holidays in the Alps. While traveling to the South, easy to leave the autobahn after the Tauern tunnel and drive several km's. The hosts are very kind and friendly, in the morning a good breakfast. The apartment on the ground floor is large enough to accommodate 4-5 persons. Overall: recommended with a priority.

We had a wonderful stay at Zederhaus that we will never forget in our life! The owner Max and all the staff Gehrnot, Mario, Elisabeth and one more boy that I don't remember his name, were very very friendly and helpful! We booked this house for one night but our car broke down and so we stayed for 2 more days there! So, we had the opportunity to investigate all the round area which was more than fantastic, full of green, with fresh air breathing! The house is very clean, cozy with traditional decoration! The horses were so beautiful and friendly with kids! My little girl loved the little pony Leo, so, Gehrnot and Elizabeth helped her riding the pony! Everyday, there are biological, fresh eggs and a large, delicious breakfast in the house! All people in the area say hello to each other, even if they don't recognize you! Everything was perfect and I wish in some years to visit this house again with our 3 children because we have to remember very good things and friendly people! When the day of departure came my children were very sad, especially my little girl was crying for many many hours because she wanted to go back to her best friends Gehrnot and the little pony Leo! We booked last minute and even so we didn't have any problems. Personnel was very kind and helpful. The room was big, comfy and warm also the breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful stay. Ps thanks for tour recommendation!

Very nice location with great mountain view, close to attractions like Obertauern Region, but also Lungau. Spacious rooms , comfy double beds and a huge balcony. Quite nice breakfast, with an option to order in addition soft boiled eggs too. Dinner could be enjoyed on the terrace too where we could bring along our dog too. our hosts were friendly, gave all support needed. The inner pool is big, with a nice view to the mountains as well.

Amazing location - very lovely views. The breakfast was really lovely as well. We had a 1 bedroom apartment that was very spacious and clean. This place is a real gem - so glad we found it.

We were on our road back home and decided to do sleepover, this hotel exceeded our expectation. Location was great in mountains, everything perfectly clean and staff very friendly. In the end we regretted that it was only one night but we will definitely come back. Extra plus for dogs being allowed in breakfast room!

Very acomodating hostess. We arrived late after seeing the town and she prepaired a wonderful dinner for us after the kitchen should have been closed about 10pm. One of the best properties we stayed in during our month long vacation. Decorations were unusually attractive. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us.. Loved the shower. Very quiet area, on the outskirts of town.

    Very nice B&B with great attention to detail and quality! The interior of the rooms is well-done and the whole property is very clean. The breakfast selection is very rich and the quality of the food served is excellent. Max is a great host, making sure to accommodate all our needs and serving as a great companion for a chat after a day of skiing. I highly recommend the property!

    Evening meal was very nice. Breakfast was very nice indeed. The owners were unbelieveably great. If you are doing an apprenticeship as Hotelfachperson then stay here for a week and watch what is going on. You will learn more in a week here in high season (just watching) than 6 months in your normal Lehrstelle about how hard running a hotel is and how people who are really good at it make it work . I worked in catering for 15 years and never saw a team like this. Even when I was in charge of the team (to my great shame).

    Great food, good bed, location, river stream runs just opposite to the hotel, ample car parking( unsure of proximity to public transport - did not check on this as we drove there by car), friendly front desk

    I like the guy at the reception, who was very friendly and free parking. Also there was very calm, the hotel was full and there was no noise so we could rest after snowboarding. Also big balcony.
