We stayed in Waidhofen an der Thaya while completing the Thaya Tal cycle path over three days. The whole circular cycle path, partially into the Czech Republic is a lovely route, mostly on dedicated bike paths or quiet country roads. Beautiful scenery. E-bikes would be recommended unless you are serious bikers. In Waidhofen we had a fabulous dinner at Gasthaus Lorbaer, just down the road from Konditerei Mussauer.Guest review byMichelleAustria
