Perfect place to visit Innsbruck and the areas around it. The owner is fantastic, as are all personnel. They were extremely helpful providing instructions and suggestions to visit places around. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. You can visit a small village within walking distance where you can find places to eat and walk. Easy parking in the area of the hotel and great surroundings! The views from the hotel are great and the family that runs it is very friendly. breakfast was good and in the evening you can use the cosy room to relaxt, play a board game (that are available)etc. After a day on the slopes (fugen is c. 25 min by car) the good warm showers where nice too.

    The hotel has a ten pin bowling alley and that was really fun - so make sure you book a lane in advance; it does get very busy in summer. Restaurant is ok, but not outstanding. It took a very long time to get our dinners, they seem to run a very lively takeaway business on the side out of the same kitchen and while that makes perfect economic sense it is a really long wait for hotel guests during the summer season. Plus the food was a little disappointing when it did finally arrive. Breakfast was very good and I loved that.

    Nice little stop between Innsbruck and Salzburg. I look for hotels that have three beds, easy parking, a restaurant, and late/flexible check-in and check-out, and a reasonable price. This hotel had all of that, plus the building was nice, the staff was friendly, the views were also nice, and the pool was a big plus. I would have liked to have more time to enjoy the pool. If you like bowling there is even an bowling alley. We also enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant - normal food, normal price, nice service.

    The room was already ready when I arrived around the middle of the day. The balcony, with a lovely view of the mountains, was a great place for an evening picnic, after several of the town's eating places turned out to be closed. I was pleased to find somewhere reasonably priced to stay in Kolsass itself, as I wanted to visit the church there.
