My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of April 2025. Everything was PERFECT from check in till check out. The room is very same as shown on the booking.com site. They gave us Innsbruck Travel Pass which I could use in public transport for free. They also help me with the direction & bus to reach their place from the train station. I would recommend it to others.

Everything was perfect, but what we liked the most was the 24/7 access to the pool that has also a sauna and the rooftop wellness area till midnight. The location, staff and room was also perfect. We'll be back.

We stayed only one night but it was an amazing experience. Everyone extremely nice and friendly. Delicious breakfast with so many options. Plus the perfect natural flowers on every table 🙏. beautiful hotel! Very comfortable room, bed and bathroom. breakfast with more than enough to choose. Diner was also very tasty and reasonable prices. It was really quiet at night. My room had a big balcony/terrace with chairs. The staff was very friendly. They had a room downstairs where I could park my road bike. I stayed just for one night on my way to Italy but I could easily stay longer for cycling or skiing.
