The fact this hotel is located on the top of the mountains is amazing. The rooms all had excellent views of the +3.000m mountains. Moreover, I was impressed that there was breakfast AND dinner included in the price. The food was served with high quality and a great selection from everything and any dietary restrictions.

Our new Design Hotel Soulsisters' 4 Sterne Superior enjoys a quiet location 300 metres from the centre of Kaprun, next to the stop of the free ski bus.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. The rooms are amazing with beautiful modern decor with a stunning well equipped Spar and lovely bar/restaurant with Staff who are so professional helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this amazing Alpine Gem. Should be a 5star rating not 4

Clean, modern eco design, nice pool and spa. Smart choice of food, all very tasty. Also vegan, which was exelent. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, fresh design, very nice. Same as in the pictures.

Exceptional chalet in a great location part way up Maiskogel in Kaprun. The chalets are very modern inside and beautifully decorated yet retain the charm of a classic wooden chalet. Superb facilities with outdoor bathtub and sauna, kitchen, spacious bathrooms, outdoor terrace and deck. Incredibly comfortable beds. There is also a great shared pool. Staff were very friendly and welcoming yet discrete. A great place to stay to recharge and explore Kaprun and the surrounding area, only wished we could have stayed longer!

The hotel and the staff were excellent throughout, what a wonderful location, all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially Gary, the hotel is immaculately clean so great credit to housekeeping too and food stunning too so bravo to the chefs also. Everyone makes this hotel a true delight to be at with breathtaking views. Exceptional five course evening meal too

Hospitality plus great, attentive & multilingual staff. We arrived very late and had problems with key lockers - wou could solve everything with Mike to our satisfaction. Cozy rooms. Great breakfast, fantastic view from balcony.
