My stay here was an absolute delight, from the moment I arrived until the time I left. The Hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive. Throughout my stay, my Hosts went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I could possibly wish for in terms of: accommodation, nice company, hospitality/services, transport to-and from Yeghegnadzor, or information. The room was immaculately clean, with a spacious balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens – a peaceful, tranquil area. I traveled alone but the size of the room was enough for two people. Brand new room, bathroom and extra large kitchen if you want to cook your self. But there is no need since the owner Arpine is a great cook. You have fresh produce for breakfast and you can ask for lunch or dinner to be cooked for you. You can pickup your own herbs and fruit from their extra large garden.

It is an exceptional place . It is located in the picturesque side where you can enjoy the view of mountains, green nature , look at the sky all covered with stars at night. The house is a brand new, very well hand- made in a stylish manner. In the house there is everything what you may need, actually it is possible to live there for a long term very easily. There is a large apple garden outside at the disposal of guests with wooden benches, hammock where you can happily relax. Owners are very pleasant people with whom it is nice to chat. In addition, they cooked us a great dinner despite the late hour.

This place is a paradise that you don't hope to find in Armenia! The location is stunning - it is quiet, you are surrounded by nature, and it is beautiful scenery throughout the day. The facilities are spotless clean and everything is taken care with love, every small detail, everywhere you look. Every decoration is interesting, and the interior is very unique. We didn't expect it to be this great, but hands down, this is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed anywhere on our travels. The kitchen has everything you need. The bathrooms are very clean and new. Towels and sheets smell amazing. There are plenty of areas where to hang around inside, and they are all beautiful. We especially loved the swing above the place - what a perfect spot. The owner - another level of hospitality. He was always very attentive and making sure you were fine. We were gifted by the most delicious strawberries and pastries from his wife, and we were allowed to eat the berries that grew there. Not to mention, we shared coffee and nuts together and watched the most beautiful thunderstorm we have ever seen. We decided to stay extra (3rd) night, and needed to load our groceries, so he took us to the shop and back in the cleanest car we have ever seen 😍 The kittens in the yard are so lovely, and the husky dog Taiga is very sweet also. For the third night, we moved to the smaller house that is designed by the owner, and it is so authentic and cosy, you feel like you are staying in the countryside with 5 star hotel facilities. I could go on and on about this place, you have to come and experience it by yourself. This is not to be missed if you are in the area. Thank You for exceptional hospitality, and we wish you lots of guests and luck in the future. ❤️

    Yeghegnadzor is simply the best base for exploring the mountain sights in southern Armenia. It is located right in the middle of the road between Yerevan and Goris, and from there the road leads to Lake Sevan. About an hour drive from Yeghegnadzor there are many interesting things: Areni, Noravank, Spitakavor and so on. Yeghegnadzor itself is a cozy quiet town, pleasant for walking in fine weather. It is also notable for the hospitable people living here. For example, it is customary here to greet all the people you meet on the streets. But the traveler must remember, that this is still a small town: no regular transport, no serious medic care, no big shops, no luxury hotels.
