Very stylish and comfortable rooms, the location is a bit away from the main part of the town but the good thing is it was close to hiking trails. Very friendly stuff, I can definitely recommend this hotel!

The hosts were super welcoming. Provided maximum support since we were traveling with kids. The view is awesome and the location is very close to Dilijan town by car. It's a well maintained establishment and the hosts gave us a special breakfast. Made us feel welcome.

The place was lovely, very nicely decorated. The staff was kind and pleasant. Every request was answered. They helped us with everything we asked for. Lovely peaceful location, close to the village of Dilijan. The owner, Armen, was great, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Great place to base yourself when exploring the lovely Dilijan National Park.

    A great place to be away from the noise of the city, beautiful nature, a cozy garden, the room was very clean, the owners of the guesthouse are very warm, hospitable and good people, I would definitely recommend everyone to come to this warm and comfortable place.

    Dilijan is a heavenly place, one should visit definitely, especially Parz Lich. The nature is attractive, air is always fresh and healthy. There are lots of places for spending time with pleasure and enjoy life!!! The food is delicious everywhere without doubt!

    Dilijan never disappoints.

    Dilijan never disappoints. It's the perfect mix of fresh mountain air, relaxing nature, and family-friendly activities. We’ve been here several times, and each visit brings something new. This time, we spent a lot of time outdoors — the walking trails are clean and peaceful, and the views are stunning. We also found it very easy to get around with our toddler. The town feels safe, the people are kind, and the food is always fresh and tasty. If you're traveling with kids, this is one of the best places to visit in Armenia.

    Staying at Durr 32 is a treat not to be missed! The decor and atmosphere are lovely, the owners and staff are attentive and kind, and the rooms and common areas are very comfortable. The hotel is on the main road into Dilijan; the guestrooms are in the back of the building and cascade down the hill toward the river, so it is peaceful. Breakfast is delicious and has many options. Hot water is hot and plentiful. There is heat in the rooms for chilly nights. Location is ideal.

    A great 5-star hotel in the middle of nature, ideal for a luxurious stay close to Dilijan. Our superior double room was comfortable, super clean, and well-designed, with a huge king-size soft bed and every amenity available. The breakfast was amazing. Everything you can imagine is there and the quality of the products was unique. The staff is very polite and always eager to help.

    Absolutely Nothing! My 18 years old daughter stayed at the hotel when she visited Dilijan for an exam at UWC. The receptionist sexually harassed her brutally !!! I have nothing good to say about this place! It should be banned from booking all together!
