Thanassis is the greatest host, warm, friendly and accomodating. His somewhat remote place rewards you with new and spotless rooms, great views, a fantastic breakfast with local products and otherworldly serenity! Was there with my adventure bike, stayed for two nights and when I left, it felt that I was there for a whole week. The last 2,7 kms to Bujtina KOEL are off-road (starting from St. Mary's church in Labovë), but are manageable even with a normal car if you are careful. Just follow the blue signs to Bujtina KOEL. If you miss the first one, as you will be coming from the West into the village of Labovë, turn left when you face the church in front of you. This place is like a paradise! The are is super chill and wonderful. The nature is so calming. I loved that we could watch the sunset from our room. We had a delicious dinner and also breakfast. The food was fresh and local. We also tasted the local wine, it fitted perfectly to the food. I've never seen as that many stars before my life what we could see there at night. Wow! Thank you so much for this experience!! We will come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly caring and attentive, always ensuring that everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the mountains – a perfect way to start each day. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! The owners were kind and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location is peaceful and surrounded by mountains. Breakfast was very good (handmade and with local products) and served in front of the house with a beautiful view. Watching the sunrise here was very beautiful. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature – we can’t wait to return!

A truly unforgettable stay! My husband and I had an amazing time during our stay. We enjoyed absolute peace and quiet, surrounded by endless greenery and right next to a historic site. The food, prepared by Gero, was absolutely delicious from traditional local dishes to his authentic pizzas, everything was full of flavor and made with care. But what truly made our experience special was the incredible team. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and we definitely made new friends. A special mention goes to Agush ,unbelievably funny, full of energy, and truly the heart and soul of the hotel. He will forever have a special place in our hearts. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Everything was perfect , the village of libohva is nice and with shops and a nice restaurant with very good food in the main center and a nice Castke. Is well located to visit gyrokaster, the church of Libohove, and the archeological site of antigonea. The owner of the house is the father of Mateo et Sara , is called Samir, he speaks English and italien fluently , and is a guide as well if you need to make a tour of the différents sites ! All the family is very nice , and the help me to go to the garage and change a tire of my car I really recommend !
