Location of the hotel is very nice, close to the beach and at the same time close to the center so u can walk everywhere. Breakfast was good, room was very clean and the whole staff is super friendly, helpful and nice so the atmosphere is great. I highly recommend this hotel. I had a very pleasant time with my boyfriend:)

Everything! 1. Very clean but also spacious. 2. Very modern and comfortable 3. Very nice private beach with nice umbrellas and comfortable sunbeds. 4. Very nice pool with sunbeds as well. 5. Breakfast was great but if you bought lunch or dinner it was great as well 6. The staff was really caring and nice, always helpful if you needed anything, also most staff spoke really good English but if you talked to someone who didn’t they would still find a way to help. 7. Really good accommodations, all our requests around drinks even the ones not on the menu were meet. Overall amazing experience and 10/10 for everything!

    Durres is a city of contrast from the Roman ampitheater to the beach, pool and shopping. Tasting the fresh fish from one of the seafront restaurants is a must but make sure you also fill up on byrek and sufflaqe! Pelikan has lots of amazing cakes for sweet treats, Tropikal resort has an amazing pool you can use for the day (1000leke) and the market is a hidden gem for bargains. The bus from the beach at Plepa along to the city Center gets VERY busy but for 40leke saves the stress of driving and trying to park and everywhere is then just a short walk. We love Durres and will be back.

    The people were all friendly, lots of bars and restaurants. Try to take plenty local currency, or Euros. Lots of places are cash only and the banks fees are up to 20%. The old town is lovely. The promenade is made for walking. Miles long.

    In the Apartment area was very nice.

    In the Apartment area was very nice. The restaurant in Saint Peters very expensive and it wasn’t any special standard the beach bit a walk was OK need more cleaning around the beach. Everything else was okay

    I liked the town much more than I expected.

    I liked the town much more than I expected. It’s a lively resort with cafés and restaurants along the sea, and the prices are quite reasonable. There were Albanian dances performed by groups invited by the hotels, with tourists encouraged to join in. A really great experience – much better than I had anticipated.

    There are many myths about Albania.

    There are many myths about Albania. One thing is true - it's dirty. But not like India. It's just that it's still a time when you don't get fined for a cigarette butt. When you can smoke on the beach and walk your dog. When they don't look at you like you're a dumb white trash. It's a great country. Great people. And half the price of Montenegro. Want a deeper sea and a cleaner beach? Then you're down the country on the Ionian Sea. But there's a 20 euros a day beach place there too.

    Albania is quite a dirty country.

    Albania is quite a dirty country. So expect to find clean restaurants and taverns, but some garbage around the streets. The Beach in Durres is quite big, with lots of space for your own umbrella but also with lots of sunbeds to rent. The restaurants serve good food and at a quite low price, compared to other destinations. The traffic is quite heavy, no matter the hours and the drivers are somewhat reckless.

    Hotel is perfectly situated right on the beach. Staff are helpful and cheerful. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a 10 minute taxi ride to Durres town. The place is spotlessly clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. Enough choice at breakfast and the cocktails at the bar are good. If you want a relaxing holiday by the beach this place is perfect. Reception will organise day trips if you want to explore Albania.

    Very friendly and helpful staff. We booked this hotel for our last night in Albania. Our flight was at night the next day. They let us use the sunbeds on the beach free of charge for the whole day after we checked out. We could also leave the car at their car park. So it was very helpful for the last day which we wanted to spend on the beach. The breakfast was very nice. The restaurant served delicious food.

    The hotel was modern in appearance and fronted onto the beach plaza. Our room was well apportioned with a balcony view not of the beach but of the courtyard below. The hotel boasted a pool, gymnasium and spa facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would have been very happy to stay for an extended period. Should we return to Albania we would most certainly stay here again.

    It was right on the beach with a private pool area at the rear. Free easy parking in a level and spacious car park unlike other hotels in Albania. We had a lovely room with a view overlooking the beach and the sunset was quite spectacular. Staff went the extra mile and let us stay a couple of hours so we could catch the afternoon ferry.
