AD is great if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay in the UAE. Its not Dubai, and hence its easy to get around with the minimum of time spent in traffic. Yas Island is great for spending a day at the attractions and the mall. Also, the airport is a breeze to get in and out of. Plenty of outdoor activities are on offer, if you prefer not to just lounge around the pool and catch some rays. Dining option are plentiful and varied, so your sure to find something either at the 5 star hotels or just the pubs and restaurants arouns the cityGuest review bySTAVELEY - 10.0

Most of the fun places are climate controlled, you can really enjoy Abu Dhabi in the summer.... great to get away from the packed EU places with only the beach to satisfy your day. Abu Dhabi is a perfect location for everyone. You have the convenience of having Yas Island for the family. The parks are fantastic, and all within the same area for ease of travel. You also have the marina and the arena all in the same area. Lots of restaurants and bars to cater for all manner of tourists and residents alike.
