From the reception to maintenance, they were all amazing and this made our stay extra comfortable. Also, highly appreciated that the hotel is NOT guest friendly, this gave us extra peace of mind as a family. Thank you!

The location was great as it’s not within all the noise and hype but only 7-10 mins taxi away from it (provenza) so you can have peaceful sleeps. The suite was incredible, the view from your room is picture perfect (you will take the same picture every morning!) the small details like automatic curtain control made it feel very luxurious, the bed super comfortable the walk in wardrobe… literally everything about the suite was amazing. I would say this is the best place we have stayed at out of all of our travels. Loved it and WILL 100% return.

The breakfast buffet was huge, with a big variety. especially loved the smoothies which were not like the watery, sugary “juices” in other hotels. The staff were always friendly and helpful! We slept well, the bed and pillows were comfortable and it was quiet enough. Overall really good value money and much recommended.

The pet-friendly policy at this lifestyle hotel was great. I was able to bring my furry friend along and enjoy a fantastic stay. The breakfast was amazing, don't miss it. Thanks The Somos.

    We love that the hotel is pet friendly and that is our main criteria. They offer a comfortable bed and more to our dog. The breakfast is very good, the rooms and the location of the hotel is perfect

    Excellent location. I was amazed by your customer service! very helpful. It is a very quiet and residential place but close to commercial areas. It has spacious and very well designed rooms. The house is perfectly equipped. It has wifi, hot water, fridge and closet. It is also pet-friendly and they have a restaurant. 100% recommendable. Thanks a lot for everything.

    My partner and I stayed here for a week in the Medium room. Also had our dog with us (pet friendly 50k a night) The facilities were great, awesome breakfast, but most importantly the staff. The staff were so friendly, accomdating and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and relaxed. Also, after checking out we went away for a weekend and were able to store our bags there, which was super helpful

    We were pleased to be staying in this location rather than the tourist hot spot. All round great experience. Friendly staff at the front desk, loved the roof top bar for breakfast and cocktails in the afternoon with friendly servers. Good WiFi and just what we wanted with our room. And added bonus it's pet friendly! After watching a Medellin football game we stopped off at the restaurant opposite for Arepas (by Exito) such friendly people. A must visit!

    the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, it’s connected to El Tesoro shopping mall which has everything (even a grocery store). The facilities are great, the view is beautiful too. The hotel is pet friendly and everyone was extremely sweet with our dog.
