Fantastic building, perfect, safe location The room was cozy , clean , cleaned on daily basis, fantastic elevators, very helpful stuff. All in all this hotel has a well earned reputation. The location was very close for the hop on hop off red buss. The hotel let us store our luggage for the day while we did some sightseeing. The hotel let us use the lounge for a few hours before we left for the airport. They booked a taxi for us.

Queen room was surprisingly spacious with a little desk work area separated from the sleeping area. Espresso machine in the room, good sized bathroom and comfortable bed. Area was very convenient and staff were friendly and professional

Located in the heart of downtown San Francisco, this Hilton is conveniently situated crossroads of the Financial District, Chinatown, and North Beach. the location was perfect for us.We had a high floor with a view of the bay as requested thank you for filling our request. Front desk service 5 star. really enjoyed the entire experience, We come to San Fran once a year and The Hilton is our new favorite.
