The apartments were clean, we had everything we needed and the team that worked at the resort were amazing. They went out of their way to ensure we had a marvellous break. Big thanks to David who couldn't have been more helpful from the first day when he ensured we could get into one of our rooms a bit early. He was exceptionally kind. The pool was beautiful, the gardens and communal areas clean and tidy, the laundry facilities super accessible and the location perfect for our elderly parents who weren't driving but found the walk to the local Ralph's and CVS really helpful. We were there for a family get together over the holidays and it was perfect. It definitely exceeded our expectations and we will go again.

Very welcoming staff, great atmosphere - we totally loved the SPA Pool (it's quieter) and the Food and the Ranch Club (I had the Prime Filet 12oz and it was AMAZING! one of the best steaks I've ever had!) - other than that the rooms were super cozy. And the best: If Malibu Beach is foggy there is a high chance that the Ranch is sunny.

This Carmel Valley resort boasts star-rated dining, a wellness spa and outdoor heated pool. A limestone fireplace, 2-person soaking tub and down feather bedding are featured in each guest room. The rooms are large and comfortable. Very nice touch of complimentary snacks and wine + Nespresso machine in the room. We did not make use of the spa and pool but access to sauna and steam room is allowed. Staff is very friendly and helpful, including at the restaurant. Food of very good quality and taste.

Obiekt jest bardzo przyjemnie położony - w lesie, 5 min spacerem od jeziora Big Bear. Bardzo zadbany teren- fotele zewnętrzne, ławki, grille. Super! Domek był w sam raz dla pary z niemowlakiem. W kominku można było rozpalić duraflemem. Łóżko wygodne. Darmowy parking na terenie obiektu. Bardzo miła obsługa :)

Val is such a nice hostess. Gave us good indications of restaurants and was informative of local services. Extra points for the fresh baked cookies in the afternoon :)
