I paid the highest room rate for the ocean view suite,but I didn't get an ocean-view room. The front of the room is blocked by many buildings, and only one corner has a sea view. The facilities are old, especially the shower. I booked a room with a double bed for me and two children, but they gave me a room with a large bed. I am very confused."

Beautiful place. Nice tarasse, all hotel it's just beautiful. They even got us brand new baby crib as they run out of all the cribs. Highly recommend!

The location was adorable . While it was not as close to downtown as others, it was shady and quaint and very safe. It was old fashioned cottages set in a shady wooded setting. My cottage was simple but clean and updated inside . The bed was comfortable .

Loved our view. Kitchen was very well outfitted. Bed was extremely comfortable. We loved having a real fireplace. Location was near enough to desired amenities in town. It was great having two bathrooms.

Very Nice room. Wife particularly liked the counter space and bathroom design. The bed was very comfortable.

Great facilities e.g. pool, gym, restaurant, cafe, play area for kids. When you walk in it makes you feel you are at somewhere special. We played golf so adjacent to Del Monte course was very handy and part of the reason staying here.

This was a very pleasant hotel. Staff here goes above and beyond to be friendly and it was nice to feel taken care of. The room was amazing and it had this cute little half balcony that overlooked the ocean crashing up onto the rocks. Bed was very comfortable and room had a fireplace which was a nice touch.
