We stayed here for 4 nights and we found it exceptional! The staff are super friendly and helpful beyond our expectations!! They booked us cars for activities whenever we needed, bring you ice water at the pools without ever being asked, and offer great and FAST service any time of day for room service or in the restaurant. Our room was nice and also quite large, air conditioning worked amazingly, and it was very very clean in the rooms. The outdoor restaurant was phenomenal, prices were reasonable, and the pool was very pleasant with towel service and ample seats for the number of guests in this boutique hotel. Great little gym, and pool bar area. Resort was basically at one end of Kata Beach which is just a stunning spot! The water is very warm, beach is not too busy, and it has pristine waters and white sand.

Location & View - I booked this primarily for that, I wanted to be within walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and wanted a nice view. The view from the room had an amazing ocean view! Even though I stayed here 6 years ago, upon check-in I was welcomed as a returning guest, it was a nice touch. I really enjoyed the complimentary fruits & high tea. Room & bathroom was very big, clean and had everything you needed, and attentive house keeping.
