Being a female solo traveller, Rahul- the host and his parents made sure that I was very well fed with authentic local cuisines and I was comfortable. Rahul and his family are extremely kind. They helped me with the local places, arranging transport to the homestay and having great conversations. I am definitely going to go back and stay longer. If you come to Munroe Island, stay here and go for a boat ride with Rahul. Its explicable! Thank you Rahul :)

Gorgeous scenery The sound of the birds at dusk and dawn was really special Where we moored overnight you could not hear any beeping horns. A first for our Indian trip! The boat was lovely and very well maintained. We travelled along serenely with hardly any engine noise
