Friendly staff. Lady on reception was waiting for us until early morning. Beautiful cottage style hotel in the middle of mountains.

    The quiet setting off the Highway was lovely and I liked the old-school lodge vibe. I stayed in a cottage and it was super easy to unload car, as parking is directly in front of the cabin. Loved the full-size frig and well supplied kitchen. Also great location from which to explore the National forest.

    Location was great for the snow , also the lodge had an ice skating ring , my grandson had a blast skating , our cabin was big had everything we needed and was pet friendly , enjoyed the fire place as well

    Lodge is located by the road, just a short drive to Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. I checked in late evening and my key/room were ready for me. Heater was turned on well before our arrival for a very warm welcome into the room. I needed some extra gadgets, such as glasses and wine opener, which were promptly delivered to my room. Sink is separated from shower/toilet.

    Roomy, clean, reasonable price.* I like the old lodge looking style. Little fridge, coffee maker, cute turn of century metal bed frames. Close to Pinecrest Lake. Would like to stay in winter with lodge and ice rink open!

    It was a very nice place in the middle of the forest. We spent 3 days in the lodge, we relaxed in the swimming pool and we visited Yosemite Park.

    Long Barn Lodge was perfect for our overnight stay. One con, there was not an air conditioner. The positive was, the weather was nice and we were able to sleep comfortably without one. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our toilet clogged early morning and the maintenance person came to take care of the problem right away. I would definitely recommend this place for a short term stay. Although I'm sure the cabins on site would be more suitable for a long-term stay. Thank you Long Barn for your hospitality.

    Love the ice rink and in a beautiful setting. The lodge is dated, but I like that because it makes it affordable. Also, I could bring my dog. I just really love this place. I stayed in the hotel rooms.

    I absolutely LOVE this location. You are surrounded by nature's beauty at it's finest!! The Lodge is tucked away off the 108 so it is quite and very peaceful!!
