The property has been sympathetically renovated after a fire in 2020. it still has a wonderful pub ‘feel’ but the rooms are tasteful and (without exaggerating) one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. I could not see a cobweb or mark anywhere. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was wonderfully appointed for the price with a nespresso machine and a great range of tea and coffee. Again, I’ve stayed in more expensive properties that don’t have this.

The location was brilliant - so central to everything in Bath. We had dinner at The Ivy and were able to just walk there and back. Room was quite small but fine for our one night stay. Set in Wooler, Noble Lands features a restaurant. The property is situated between the Black Bull Inn and the Milan Restaurant. Everything. This place is consistently great which is why we keep returning again and again. Stephanie has everything running to perfection. The location is brilliant for walking in the area. The accomodation itself has everything on the doorstep. Restaurant, pubs, breakfast cafe and the shops in the main street.

Located in Whitby and with Whitby Beach reachable within 600 metres, The Dolphin Hotel provides a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. The room was bright and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, when we asked about dining out or finding a laundromat. The full English breakfast was piping hot and delicious . There was also cereal and fruit on the side and lots of hot coffee, tea or cold beverages. We sat in the breakfast room and watched the boats go by. we also enjoyed the pub right downstairs for food and drinks.

We arrived later than planned & Mark on reception was wonderful in getting us sorted. Spotless comfy bedroom & fab en-suite. Great breakfast.
