The location is ideal, like a little corner of paradise, peaceful in nature. The garden is lovely and with sun, it's super chill to have a bite there with the sound of the river flowing. The house is spacious and the bedroom had everything needed. The common areas are also comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The hosts are lovely! We would definitely come back here the next time we travel in the region.

Marie-Eve, the host, was very nice, accommodating, and in the Christmas spirit : ) The room was amazing with everything I needed and more. Nestled by the Sault-à-la-Puce River, this Château-Richer B&B is 15 minutes’ drive from Old Québec. On-site dining showcases seasonal produce and rooms come complete with a private bathroom. The owner graciously changed us to a ground floor room to save me from the stairs when she noticed I was recovering from ankle surgery. We really enjoyed having a glass of wine by the canal before we ate dinner in our room and a had good night's sleep. Breakfast the next morning was delicious with wonderful coffee and bread basket to start and then your choice of 6 different omelets along with fruit and potatoes.
