They did not give us a quiet room at first. I went downstairs and the young women at the counter took care of it right away and gave us a much better room.

Easy to find, very attentive and welcoming staff, wonderful view (especially with the full moon and you can enjoy the view from the soaking tub and great view of the whales), great location. The pool and hot tub was a winner for the kids. There is a skate park across the road so make sure you pack your board or scooter.
