Sparking clean, well appointed B&B. Comfortable bed and good bathroom. Excellent breakfast included. The 2 sisters who run it are super nice and attentive. They treat guests as family. Ideal for solo travelers or for friends who are traveling together but want the privacy of one’s own room. it is 15-20 min walk for the center of the city. Easier to park than at the equivalent lodgings in the middle of the action.

The breakfast was reinvented every morning to let us try all the traditional food. All in all, it felt like meeting good old friends! The pousada is located inside the historic city of Ouro Preto. For a parking spot you have to look out nearby, but despite there was an event in the city the same day, it didn’t take too much time to find one. The family-owned house and the rooms are furnished very comfortable matching the historic city of Ouro Preto. Sometimes we felt on a time-travel but definitely a nice one… Restaurants and tourist attractions are in walking distance. The breakfast was outstanding, probably the best we ever had on our trips.

Definitely a superior hotel in comparison to standard brazilian hotels, located 18km from downtown ouro preto. Beautiful property, very well decorated. Comfortable bedrooms, with amazing showers. Beautiful Pool. It also has a pool table and Foosball. Small gym with weights and a treadmill which were pretty handy! We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a lot of variety. Fantastic staff. Shout-out to Daniela, who was so personable and attentive!
