The location is perfect, right next to the Hambone and Ground Zero Club. The interior is very stylishly fitted out with real charm. It's more like a boutique hotel...and better. The kitchen is pristine with more than enough amenities. The owners have also really thought well about the smaller details like strategically (night) placed lights. The wooden floor boards are a dream! I would highly recommend staying here for more than one night, which we would have done had we realized how lovely it is. Clarksdale itself is a joy to walk around, for the museum but also the music-clubs and street art and the handful of lovingly run cafes like Grandma's pancakes and Yazoo Pass.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and it’s right in the centre of the action in Clarksdale, easy to visit all the amazing blues spots right around the corner.

In the evening, in addition to non-alcoholic drinks, there was even free red and white wine for all guests. Our room in the main house was very large, as was the bathroom. The room and house furnishings reminded us a bit of the 1870's. This definitely has its charm, we enjoyed it. The house is very quiet in a good residential area and the neighborhood is monitored by the police. Therefore, we also felt very safe here.
