Ideally located in the heart of San Francisco's Performing Arts District, near vibrant Hayes Valley neighborhood. The staff was friendly, courteous and genuinely interested in having us receive quality service and enjoy our stay. The location is perfect; it is near many fine arts facilities (symphony, opera, library, museums, city hall …). There is also a vibrant restaurant/nightlife area within walking distance.

Good location - close to bus station. Great value for money. Bathroom was cleaned everyday. Felt very safe in that area. The hotel has a pin for hotel entrance and a special app for the key for every room. Limoncello sandwiches are close by, we ate there everyday.
