Ideally located in the heart of San Francisco's Performing Arts District, near vibrant Hayes Valley neighborhood. The staff was friendly, courteous and genuinely interested in having us receive quality service and enjoy our stay. The location is perfect; it is near many fine arts facilities (symphony, opera, library, museums, city hall …). There is also a vibrant restaurant/nightlife area within walking distance.

Good location - close to bus station. Great value for money. Bathroom was cleaned everyday. Felt very safe in that area. The hotel has a pin for hotel entrance and a special app for the key for every room. Limoncello sandwiches are close by, we ate there everyday.

This centrally located hotel is just 5 minutes’ drive away from San Francisco Civic Center, which has attractions such as the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium, City Hall and the Asian Art Museum. Great location. Easy to get to all tourist sites from the hotel.
