Clean nice hotel and rooms; the staff is very accommodating, friendly & helpful; also nice to have a restaurant on the property so you don't have to travel far for a meal; it was good to have a secure place to park your vehicle; & it was the perfect location for us, right across the street from my medical appointment at CPMC.

I like the privacy, safety and digital locks unique to each guest for the front door and each room. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It feel it's like having my own cute little apartment in San Francisco while visiting one of my favorite cities.

Centrally located between Van Ness Avenue and San Francisco’s stylish Russian Hill, Castle Inn is just 1.6 km from Chinatown, North Beach and Fisherman’s Wharf. All rooms offer free WiFi. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and shower were nice. The microwave/fridge was a nice touch. Location is great, safe and close to everything you need. The reception team was very helpful with tips, places to go, places to avoid, etc… We were able to store our luggage upon checkout for several hours due to our late night flight. We would definitely stay here again when in SF!!!

Bed was comfortable, nice refurbished room. Wifi worked. Close and easy walk to Fisherman’s wharf and other places in town.
