They have been so accommodating in all our requests including changing layout for our kids sleeping, holding our packages for us in between our two stays, printing our paperwork and even making last minute changes to get us a room when we got snowed in in Tahoe and couldn’t make it back on time. Concierge and the porters team - you really are a wonderful and friendly bunch! Michael, Alex, Mike, Eduardo … I know there were more of you who helped us so much, it’s been a while and we can’t recall all of your names!

The location is amazing, is right near the embarcadero so you can quickly get to all the piers safely on a path filled with other tourists. It's right next to a Starbucks and within walking distance of many other breakfast options. The attached restaurant is good and not too expensive. The room offers everything you need for a short stay and it's clean and well-kept. There's a water fountain with empty bottles on every floor that I found particularly helpful. I arrived around 11 am and they graciously waved my early check-in fee. The staff is very nice and attentive. I would definitely stay there again.

Famed bars, an awe-inspiring crystal chandelier restaurant, a fitness area and a glass dome indoor pool are featured at this landmark Financial District Palace. The Breakfast was excellent! Service was very good . I was greeted with genuine warmth by your front desk staff. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist set a positive tone for my entire stay.

Everyone maintains the impression that you the guest number one. This hotel is more like that Continental hotel from John Wick movies. The location beats all. There is happy hour with liqueurs from 17 to 18. In the mornings there is hot water and coffee in the lobby. Perfect San Francisco stay. There is more. The coffee espresso machine in the room is Illy. There are also refillable aluminum bottles for water. The pantry where you can refill are on 03 and 07 floor. Your will appreciate the rooms overlooking the inner yard as they are especially shielded from street noises. The BART station is Montgomery and is 07 mins walk. Not convinced? Located in the heart of downtown San Francisco, this Hilton is conveniently situated crossroads of the Financial District, Chinatown, and North Beach. Excellent location! You can Walk to all the principal attraction of the city! It’s literally one street from Chinese’s town. 15 min walking to pier 39 and like 15 min walk to Lombards street! Just remember that San Francisco has a lot of hills!! Be prepared:) We found a lot of good restaurants near by, just google it and you can find a lot of options. We travel by car, there’s a parking lot in the hotel, it cost 30 dlls per night , the hotel check out is at 11 am , and for the car is until 3pm. The rooms are super comfortable, there is white noise in the room in case you hear all the city noise.
