I liked the fact that they were generally able to book me in early and the bed was very comfortable compared to last time I stayed but over all it was a good stay . The receptionist in the front was very kind and caring. Her hospitality was excellent I think her name was Rebecca Hispanic lady older short really sweet .

I Love Moreno Valley... the Melting Pot of the West Coast.
I Love Moreno Valley... the Melting Pot of the West Coast. Mo Val was an affordable and great place to raise our family back in 1987-2002. Never had a problem in the 16 years that we lived there, only great times. If you are a fan of America (and I know you are) Make sure you stop by and check out the March Field Air Museum on the South West side of Town. It has over 70 historic military aircraft on display, including rare operational jets. The museum is located on the west side of March Air Reserve Base's runway. Some of the aircraft on display include: Boeing B–17 Flying Fortress, North American B–25 Mitchell, Boeing B–29 Superfortress, Boeing B–47 Stratojet, and Boeing B–52 Stratofortress bombers. After your All-American excursion to March Field Air Museum or your beautiful hike up to the "M" in Box Springs Mountain Reserve, you might want to grab a bite or wet your whistle at one of my favorite spots in town. I highly recommend BJs Restaurant & Brewhouse off of Frederick St and Sunnymead Blvd. Texas Roadhouse just North East of the Mall, Joes Italian Restaurant off Alessandro Blvd. and last but certainly not least... The Dragon House on he corner of Alessandro and Elsworth. Enjoy your stay.

The Regency Inn is located in rough area of Moreno Valley.
The Regency Inn is located in rough area of Moreno Valley. As a single woman traveling alone, I would not suggest this hotel as a place to stay. Nor would I recommend it for families. Staff appeared to be on high alert for criminal activity. It made me feel skeptical and unsafe.

The property was in a great location when it came to restaurants. There were plenty of places to grab a quick bit to eat or have a sit down meal, within 10 minutes away. Easy freeway access. Located at the end of a dead end street so the traffic noise was almost non existent. The room was large and had plenty of room to walk around. Large enough even to set up a play pen if you have children and still have enough room to not be clustered. Plentiful electrical outlets to plug all your electronic gadgets in. Front counter staff was friendly and polite. Greeted us with a smile.
COVID has turned the complimentary breakfast into a bag lunch, which was disappointing. But there was a Denny's, iHop, and a Black Bear Diner within 5 minutes away, The grounds were filthy, probably due to Southern California being on a water restriction. the door security chain on our room was broken so could not secure the door with it. The remote was missing the battery cover. Who steals these and why? Other than these items, it was a descent Hotel and I would stay there again.

Totally disappointed.
Totally disappointed. They make you pay extra for breakfast and are not completely honest. They are not serving a hot breakfast due to COVID. All you get is a brown paper bag with a muffin granola bar and orange. Our hotel was not clean considering it being a new hotel. Pillow cases were dirty and the sheets had hair all in them . The front desk receptionist was not friendly to me nor the guests in the lobby she kept asking what they were doing and he replied with waiting on someone and she had the nerve to ask for who ?? As of it was her business. FINALLY , the biggest issue the checkout time said 11pm . However the hotel said it was not 11pm and we would have to take it up with booking.com. When I talked to booking.com they said it wasn’t their fault take it up with the hotel. We kept going back and forth and no one would resolve it. When I asked booking what would they do they said nothing cause it wasn’t their fault. I’m totally disappointed and both parties kept blaming each other and no one would help me . It left me leaving stuck like what am I supposed to do. I’m pretty upset

It took 3 different rooms before I had one for the night.
It took 3 different rooms before I had one for the night. Needed first floor due to being on a cast, but they put me on the second. Owner want helpful at all, he actually ignored people so he didn't have to deal with them. Front desk workers were both very friendly and helpful. Room was absolutely disgusting, stained carpet, stairway filthy, coffee pot dirty and once cleaned and rinsed thoroughly, tasted straight up nasty. Afraid to shower because it wasn't clean, so u didn't before traveling home. Had I known all this, I would have went elsewhere. The person or people directly above me STOMPED instead of walking. Everytime they got to from the bed, they woke me up, this happened 6 X's throughout the night. Wish I had a broom so I could have pounded on the ceiling. Extremely disappointed all around and would never recommend this facility.
The location is near to the Moreno Valley strip mall (short drive or even a short walk) for dining options. It is as you can see on a map, near to the freeway but you can hear the traffic during the evening. We understood a renovation had been completed recently - while the bathroom was updated, little in the main room was. The kitchenette was useful for having breakfast on hand.
Friendly staff, cleanliness, full breakfast and the location to everything that was needed.
I only wished I was able to stay my full stay but with unforeseen family emergency, I had to leave early! However, if I plan another stay in Moreno Valley, I will definitely be back.
Unfortunately, no photos to share but on a scale from 1 to 10, I would definitely rate it a 10+
I didn’t try the breakfast and the location is ok other than being cautious because of the sign in the parking lot stating if something gets stolen or damage from the vehicle it’s not the hotels problem. I would have security roaming the parking to insure customers vehicles.
A beautiful property to stay at. The studio has everything you need for a perfect stay. The bed was super comfortable, it’s very clean and modern. The owners have put a lot of effort in to making your stay like it www in a hotel. Would 100% recommend
After telling the clerk my wife was having troubles with the stairs he was able to find another room on the first floor. I had a hard time hearing him. The hotel had closed the lobby and you had to use a window. English was a second language.
The motel tried to double bill me… This was very disheartening. I trust Booking to utilize businesses that are on the up and up. The staff at the hotel ran my card twice stating that it didn’t go through…
2 star hotel and 5 star services and Shannon and the Team were amazing so so friendly, fun and professional - The rooms were huge - fridge microwave, huge TV, beds comfortable and SO SO Clean
The hotel was clean and assessable to all local amenities. The good thing for myself was that it had a gym that was accessible 24hours a day and it has a good pool and hot tub area.
