I paid $109 for 1 night. The view from my room was outstanding. I slept with the window open to listen to the ocean waves. The staff was very nice. Some of the guests were very friendly and some were not so social. The main house has a full kitchen available to use if you are inclined to cook. My area just had a coffee pot, small refrigerator, and microwave.
