If you love isolated places and the wilderness, and still want to be close enough to the Grand Canyon, then this is for you. The place is just as described. Comfortable and clean. Just pack warm clothes because nights can be freezing cold even in April. The house will keep you relatively warm and there was enough hot water for us four. We loved the place!

What a unique place to stay! Everything was quite comfortable. We loved watching the sun rise and the sunset with unobstructed views. It was also super close to the Grand Canyon, which was a plus. We also enjoyed the packs of coyotes serenading us at night. What an adventure!

A perfect standalone house, about 15 min drive from the Grand Canyon entrance. Nobody around, quiet and relaxing place to stay! There are 7 places to sleep - double bed, bunk bed, and 3 individual matresses upstairs. Nicely organized eating corner with TV, satellite, and netflix channels. All sockets equipped with usb chargers - perfect for travellers from other countries. It is actually bigger than it looks on the photo, also you may want to change the name from "tiny"... not tiny at all! We absolutely loved it!

The location is fabulous. Views amazing, peaceful and super quiet. 20mins to Grand Canyon park entrance, 30 mins to visitor centre. It felt like home. The hairdryer was missing, within 30 mins of a message late in the evening someone brought one! Brilliant team here, asked us if we needed anything. Arrive with all the food you need from Williams or Flagstaff, food is really expensive in the park general store.

There was also food on site and a bar if you chose to stay in the main building, which we did not as we were on a tight budget. I would highly suggest if you're a lone woman traveller to stay in the main building, not the cabin rooms as there's a safety element. Great location close to the Grand Canyon but tucked away enough for quiet. Very clean and confortable bed, gracious host. Plenty of other people around - this is a trailer/tiny home park. TV worked well and I could pick up Netflix so presumably Wi-fi was good too. We left early well before sunrise.
