Staff was friendly and extremely attentive and helpful. room accessories were splendid - coffee machine, iron and foldup ironing board - just what I needed to stay sharp.

The hotel cleaned the room daily, and left us a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. Hotel is super busy, but we never had any issues with the lifts or can't get a coffee in the cafe. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that.

The staff were helpful with any questions, and it was a generally calm and quiet place to stay, which I welcomed after travelling for a few months, aswell as being in one of the biggest cities in the world. The locker space was a great size, and I liked the curtains on the pod, to have a bit of privacy.
