There was Turkish coffee in the room and it felt very special, I felt like I was at home. We spent a week here with our family in July 2025 and I can honestly say it was one of the best holiday experiences we've ever had. The place went far beyond our expectations in every possible way. The location is absolutely peaceful and private – a true oasis of calm – yet still close enough to everything you might need. The house itself is stunning, with every detail carefully thought through. From the stylish interior to the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful outdoor area, everything was perfect. The highlight for us was the luxurious pool, which we enjoyed every single day. You can clearly see how much love, time, and effort the owners have put into creating this beautiful place – and it really pays off. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and incredibly relaxing. It felt like a little piece of paradise – we didn’t want to leave! I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality getaway. Simply unforgettable.

Vila Marija se nachází v destinaci Podgorica a poskytuje sezónní venkovní bazén, sdílený lounge a sdílenou kuchyň. Skadarské jezero se nachází jen 15 km odtud. A beautiful house set in a quiet village with the sounds of nature all around. Sandra met us at the airport and showed us to the villa. The kids loved the large pool and gardens which were immaculately kept. The large lounge had a great tv with satellite channels, and there was TVs in 2 of the bedrooms. Wifi was excellent. The villa has aircon which was very useful at night. There was clean bedding, bath towels and beach towels. A great base for exploring Montenegro and a wonderful place to relax. There is a small supermarket a couple of kilometres away and larger one about 5 km. There are good restaurants on Lake Shkodra, but a few nights we enjoyed using the barbeque and eating under the gazebo round the pool.

The owner of the house was very hospitable and polite. Martin went above and beyond to meet our needs. The house itself is much bigger inside than it looks like in the photos. It was clean and very well equipped. There is literally nothing I would add to this property. We enjoyed at every moment in these 3 days and the area is also very nice to explore with nice places to get some domestic food. I highly recommend it

He is a role model how a host should be in all therms. Friendly, polite na d willing to help in our every demand. The house is new with all needed equipment. It is very luxury and stylish. Beside that you have a large swing pool. Thusly a perfect place for relaxation and rest. Apartment is not far away from Podgorica, 12min bay car or around 6 EUR by taxi (one way). Me and my family enjoied at Koko Village and we would denfietly come back!

The kitchen offers everything you need to cook a meal. The view and proximity to the lake was an added bonus. Easy onsite parking. Good wifi connection. The location is very remote so make sure to pick up any provisions before your arrival.
