Everything! It was our best accommodation in Japan, the pictures do not do it justice. We wanted somewhere peaceful for our last few days and this was perfect.

We arrived after our chilly hike along the trail to a very warm and inviting traditional home. It was stocked with tea, coffee and drinks in the fridge, as well as some snacks. There were so many different areas to sit and relax in the home, we felt soo welcome and at home we did not want to leave. This was a stark contrast to our Air bnb we had in Kyoto where we felt we could not relax or enjoy the property. The sleepy town was fun to explore, the cafe next door was also very warm and welcoming filled with music and warmth. And the beds!! Being 6 months pregnant I was a little worried about the traditional futons on the floor but it was the best sleep I has the whole 3 weeks in Japan. I also appreciated the number of chairs for me to sit in. Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing stay, we wish we could have stayed longer.

The apartment was well-equipped. Parking is in front of the apartment. Convenience stores and restaurants are a few minutes' walk from the apartment. There were a lot of beds for each of us. We loved staying in this apartment.

Everything was great! 4 adults and 4 kids stayed there perfectly. Apartment was clean, had plenty of towels, disposable toothbrushes and body washing sponges. The manager was super nice, and the location was very convenient. We didn’t have a car, but everything was so close, so we didn’t need it anyways. We had amazing view of spectacular fireworks at the roof top!! I can keep going for many more positive experiences. We will be back!

This cozy unit is located relatively close to shops and also the morning market. Ruili the owner was really nice and welcoming, he even offered us a lift to and fro the train station seeing as I had a toddler and my father in law had trouble walking. Ruili even invited us over to his home for tea which was really nice, thank you for your hospitality Ruili :)

The building was previously a museum, so you’ll be experiencing the local culture right in your home. We literally stayed in the old city—just one street away—yet it was a quiet and authentic area. There were nice cafes, restaurants, and a grocery store just around the corner. The house was warm in the winter and tidy. Highly recommend!

Yoshiki Stay se nachází v destinaci Furukawachō v oblasti Gifu a poskytuje bezplatné Wi-Fi a neplacené soukromé parkoviště. location from the train station, 1 minute walk. very clean house, lovely owner that greet us in train station with umbrella for the 6 of us. beautiful, old but newly renovated house in the inside. location is great. just at the back alley from the canal where they put the koi. a quiet town compare to Takayama.
