The host is really kind and care a lot of your confort, and he is flexible. The garden has many equipments (barbecue, pool, sunbed). The room have all that you need (air conditioning, fridge, coffee machine..). The location is perfect (calm, beach and restaurant very close (Cantina is so good!). Don’t hesitate to book a room!

The Villas are perfectly located - 3-4 minutes to the beach and 3-5 minute to restaurants and entertainment. Its very clean and quiet. Rooms where cleaned daily and the private pool makes the experience perfect. Wi-Fi coverage is perfect and AC is available in every room. There are awesome recommendations that came from the hosts. The kitchen is fully functional and coffee is available for the first day on behalf of the host. Will highly recommend to all my friends and family!

The view was breathtaking, the service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special thanks to Irene, the receptionist, for her kindness and helpfulness that made the experience even more memorable.

Athenea Villas, Private Pools & Gardens is a traditional Ionian-style complex, just 500 metres from the beach. It offers country-style accommodation with free WiFi and views over the Ionian Sea. It was our best choice for staying in Zakynthos. The hosts, Alex and Athina, were very friendly, helpful and dedicated. The flat is very nice and authentically decorated, with an amazing view from the terrace. I would like to mention the cleaning done daily by a very nice couple. The place is quiet, among olive trees, very suitable for a relaxing stay.

Surrounded by pine and olive trees, a five-minute walk from St. Nicholas Beach, Alegria Villas Complex consists of self-catering houses overlooking the Ionian Sea. The property was beautiful and the hostess very welcoming. The beach was nearby and lovely. We had a wonderful stay.

Exensian Villas & Suites lies just 150 metres from the beach of Marathia. It offers amphitheatrically built villas with private pools with hydromassage. We stayed for 10 nights and the villa was perfect! The views from the pool, the bedrooms and the balconies were amazing and although they were other villas around we were not overlooked at all due to clever positioning of the trees. The accommodation was great, spacious and true to the pictures ( but when you get there the view takes your breath away!). The villas were 20 minutes away from Zakynthos town so very easy to go there for the night out. What really made our holiday was the personal touch from Spyros and Xenofon who really went out of their way to make great restaurant recommendations and book us tables when needed, sorted out our car hire and boat trips and were there to help answer any questions that we had. Haven't had that level of attention in any other villa and for sure made our family trip extra special. I would thoroughly recommend these callas as a fantastic place to have a great time in Zakynthos.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Calypso Villas in Zakynthos, and we can confidently say that it was an excellent experience. The hosts, Katerina and Nikolaos, were exceptional in their hospitality ensuring our comfort and providing us with valuable local recommendations.The villas themselves were stunning, offering breathtaking view and luxurious accommodation only a step away from the beach. I highly recommend Calypso Villas for an unforgettable stay in Zakynthos.
