An absolute gem. The house was modern and comfortable, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The best feature though was the staff, everyone was lovely and accomodating, they literally went out if your way to make your stay as nice as possible. A bit off the beaten track and def need a car but away from noise and fuss, great view. Also, best restaurant in Naxos, Marigio, a stone’s throw away (by car), unpretentious traditional Greek cuisine. Thank you for the lovely time we had.

Very peaceful, spacious and well equipped. Lots of fresh produce supplies by Lucas (thank you) and patio thoughtfully surrounded by vegetable plants that you were welcome to pick. electric BBQ a nice touch. The location is very remote - which is clear in the description, 30 min drive to Chora or the supermarket so stock up! We found that the taverna in the next bay (Abram Bay) was open until 9pm. it’s only a 5 min drive and served great home cooked food. Meant we could stay in a remote location- but still eat out! The beach is very quiet, often we had it to ourselves and there are loungers provided (stacked up so they don’t clutter the beach). Alexandra was great showing us the way and always available if we needed anything.

The flat is more beatiful and spacious than in the pictures, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The terrace is perfect to enjoy fabulous sunsets. Naxos town is less than 5 mins drive and nice for eating out, drinks and a litlle shopping. Tne host was very kind and helpful. If coming back to Naxos one day, we would definetely stay at Borealis house again.

Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, and the hosts were exceptional — great communication, daily cleaning, and even little snacks provided. A truly wonderful stay!

Premium houses with emphasis on the details. Everything is designed and built aiming to the residents comfort. Nice medium sized pool protected from the wind with comfortable sunbeds and poofs. Beautiful view to the sea, the east coast and to Paros across. The rooms are spacious, modern bathrooms and overall excellent quality. Easy parking area. The location is excellent, close to some of the best beaches of the island, the airport and only 15 mins drive from the main town. Still private, quiet and peaceful. The house and pool were cleaned on a daily basis without any disturbance, while clean towels were left for us daily. Overall, amazing, top quality, we couldn't ask for more.
